Recently we have received questions and comments related to how Heritage Springs notifies it’s customers of important information.  Heritage Springs utilizes a number of methods for delivery of important notifications including our website, local media outlets, social media platforms, local signage, reverse 911, the Town of Milton’s Emergency Alert System and Saratoga County’s CodeRED system.

About CodeRED  – CodeRED is an emergency alert system used by Saratoga County’s Office of Emergency Services.  Any critical notifications related to Heritage Springs customers will be distributed through the CodeRED system in cooperation with the Saratoga County Office of Emergency Services.  To be included in CodeRED notifications residents need to register themselves with Saratoga County’s CodeRED database.  When registering residents will need to create their own new CodeRED account including address.

PLEASE NOTE – THE ADDRESS USED FOR REGISTRATION IN THE CodeRED SYSTEM MUST BE AN ADDRESS WITHIN THE HERITAGE SPRINGS SYSTEM IN ORDER TO RECEIVE NOTIFICATIONS RELATED TO HERITAGE SPRINGS.

We recommend that all Heritage Springs customers register themselves with CodeRED and the Town’s system to be sure they are notified of any local emergencies or critical community alerts.  CLICK HERE to register yourself for the Saratoga County CodeRED system.
